4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 16 oz. can of pumpkin (the small cans) or if I double it I just use one of the 28 oz sized ones. It is a few oz. short but they taste the same.
1 1/2 cups of oil
Mix with a whisk then add:
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix together and then add:
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips.
bake in muffin tins with muffin papers
350 degrees for 14 min.
I move the rack up so they are closer to the top because they tend to burn on the bottom if you don't.
